Better Call Saul gets first teaser trailer and air date!

A Short clip aired over the weekend that shows Bob Odenkirk as Breaking Bad’s errant lawyer Saul Goodman in discussion with a client.

I think the one thing everyone is curious about is when this show will take place in the Breaking Bad timeline. We have heard that there could be a possibility that some of the cast from the previous show could show up in some episode but nothing really confirmed.

So what do you think of the clip? and are you looking forward to seeing Better Call Saul?

The Walking Dead: AMC Announces New Companion / Spinoff Series

AMC has just announced that they are in development on a "companion" series to The Walking Dead. Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd and David Alpert are executive producing the series, which is to deput in 2015. The new series will be about a new group of survivors but is unknown if these characters will ever cross paths with the cast of The Walking Dead or if it will take place in a completely different part of the world.

“Building on the success of the most popular show on television for adults 18-49 is literally a no-brainer,” said Charlie Collier, AMC’s president and general manager. “We look forward to working with Robert, Gale and Dave again as we develop an entirely new story and cast of characters. It’s a big world and we can’t wait to give fans another unforgettable view of the zombie apocalypse.”

“After 10 years of writing the comic book series and being so close to the debut of our fourth, and in my opinion, best season of the TV series, I couldn't be more thrilled about getting the chance to create a new corner of The Walking Dead universe,” said Kirkman. “The opportunity to make a show that isn't tethered by the events of the comic book, and is truly a blank page, has set my creativity racing.”

This is the second spinoff series announced by AMC within the week, just after announcing its other spinoff series with the Breaking Bad prequel, Better Call Saul.
